Welcome to Curemos ("the App"), a doctor-to-doctor medical consultation platform. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

The App is intended solely for use by licensed medical professionals, including General Practitioners (GPs) and Specialist Doctors. By registering, you confirm that you hold a valid medical license in your jurisdiction and are authorized to practice medicine.

3. Nature of the Platform

Curemos is a communication and consultation tool designed to facilitate peer-to-peer medical discussions between licensed doctors. It is not a telemedicine platform for direct patient care. All consultations conducted through the App are between medical professionals only. The App does not provide medical advice to patients.

4. User Responsibilities

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Ensure that all information provided during registration is accurate and up to date.
• Use the App in compliance with applicable laws, medical ethics, and professional standards.
• Obtain appropriate patient consent before sharing any patient-related information on the platform.
• Not share, distribute, or disclose any confidential information obtained through the App.

5. Patient Confidentiality and Data Privacy

Users must comply with all applicable data protection laws, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India), and any applicable health data regulations. Do not share identifiable patient information unless absolutely necessary and with appropriate consent. Curemos employs industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect data transmitted through the platform.

6. Professional Conduct

All users are expected to maintain the highest standards of professional conduct. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or unethical behavior will result in immediate suspension or termination of access. Curemos reserves the right to report any illegal activity to the relevant authorities.

7. Limitation of Liability

Curemos is a communication platform and does not assume responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of any medical advice exchanged between users. The platform is not liable for any clinical decisions made based on consultations conducted through the App. Users are solely responsible for their professional judgments and actions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with Curemos are the exclusive property of the company. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

9. Termination

Curemos reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at its sole discretion, including for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct deemed harmful to the platform or its users.

10. Amendments

Curemos may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes via the App or registered email. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
